He was speaking at the closing night of the festival, after nine nights of theatre which transported audiences from dining rooms to bedrooms, from a cemetery to an inventor’s lab.
“And all for £8 a night, which even in Ballymoney - the bargaining capital of Ireland - is good value for money,” said Mr Fowler.

Hide AdThere was success in the final night awards for the local talent from Ballymoney Literary and Debating Society.
Their production ‘The Cemetery Club’ received a certificate of merit for their excellent use of music.
Gail Morrow won the Dalriada Cup for Best Actress and the play won the Edmund Gordon Trophy for the best moment of theatre.
They were also placed third in the overall awards for best play.
