This week we look back at some memories from The Fountain Primary School.

Fountain Primary School scooped the 'Gold Oak' title in the Yellow Woods Challenge, a environmental campaign run by Derry City Council, The Woodland Trust and Yellow Pages. The Mayor of Londonderry Alderman Drew Thompson, presents the first prize to Joshua Sprogg-Smith, who along with Amy McIntyre were the overall individual winners in the competition. Included are Julie Hannaway, waste minimisation and recycling officer with Derry City Council and 'Kirk' the woodland creature. LS13-526MT.

The Mayor of Londonderry, Councillor Paul Fleming with P4 and P5 children from the Fountain Primary School who unveiled their very own banner to show their support for the City of Culture at The Playhouse Theatre this week.
