Man fined for possessing drug
A Cookstown man found with four grams of cannabis, was fined £115 at Magherafelt Magistrates Court.
Stephen Lagan (32), of Ratheen Avenue, admitted possessing the drug on February 19.
The court heard the cannabis was found when police searched the defendant.
The judge made a destruction order for the drug.
