It's now your chance to shape healthcare
The 10,000 Voices is a regional initiative which is being rolled out in all Health and Social Care Trusts and the Ambulance Trust across Northern Ireland in partnership with the Public Health Agency (PHA).
Through the initiative, patients/clients, family or carer all have an opportunity to tell us your story and what you liked or disliked about the care you received.

Hide AdMrs Mairead Casey 10,000 Voices Facilitator for the Southern Trust said: “This initiative is an opportunity for patients to tell us about their experiences so that we can improve the care we provide to them. It is also an opportunity for patients to be actively involved in shaping the future of our health care services.”
Mr Francis Rice Southern Trust Chief Executive (Interim) said: “The patients’ voice is central to how we develop our services and it is important that local people’s views are taken into account and that we listen to what they say. We are keen to learn from our patient’s experiences and ensure that their feedback positively influences the way that we plan and deliver our care and services in the future.”
