Lisnevenagh petrol station plan approved
The plan will see the existing petrol station at Tannaghmore demolished with a new shop being built in its place.
The application includes a new forecourt layout which will see revised vehicle access to the complex. A dedicated and separate circulation route will be provided for coaches and lorries.

Hide AdA total of 32 carparking spaces will be available at the complex, with two for disabled parking. In addition there will be two HGV parking spaces.
Councillor David Hollis queried the number of disabled spaces, stating that he didn’t think two disabled parking spaces were enough.
A planning officer advised that after looking into the issue, two were enough.
The new plan also includes provision for a shower block, as well an ATM point, with air, water and vacuum facilities also available on site.

Hide AdPlanners signalled their approval of the application, with no objections received.
Proposing council accept the recommendation to approve, Councillor Tom Campbell was seconded by Alderman John Smyth, with the matter approved by committee.
