Returned for trial on drugs charges
Timothy David Deardon, whose address was given as Flush Place, Lurgan, appeared last Friday at a preliminary enquiry at Craigavon courthouse.
He is charged with three offences of possession of class B drugs, cannabis resin, herbal cannabis and bromomethcathinone on February 4 last year.
It is alleged that he had the drugs with intent to supply.

Hide AdDeardon faces charges of possession of a class C drug, Diazepam, on the same date and having it with the intention of supplying.
Also on February 4 it is alleged that he had a firearm, an air rifle, without a firearms certificate.
He faces an allegation that between July 1, 2014, and February 4, 2015, he prevented a meter from registering electricity at an address in Queen Street, Lurgan.
Deardon was remanded on his own bail of £500 to appear for arraignment at Craigavon Crown Court on May 19.
A condition of his bail is that he is not to be in possession of a mobile phone.
