Riada WI host Walk the World event
On Saturday morning, 30 April, thirty six ladies set off from the Community Centre in Stranocum to walk to the Metal Bridge and back as part of Women Walk the World fundraising.
The Riada Area WI event was very well supported by the local Institutes and also WI members from Ballyrashane, Garvagh, Aghadowey, Glarryford and Broughshane.
On return the walkers joined the less energetic ladies for tea or coffee with homemade scones and tray bakes hosted by Mosside WI.
