Lagan Valley’s good home form continued when they beat Glengormley by ten shots and claimed five points in NIBA Division 5.

Ahead 11-9 at the tenth and 15-14 at 15 ends Jim Kinkead dropped three and four to lose by five shots.

At the tenth Jeff Fawcus was 12-6 ahead but it was 15-15 at 15 ends. Valley were 17-20 down but a four at the last end gave them a five shots win.

Down 6-11 at the tenth and 12-16 at 15 ends Jim Spence came back to lead 20-18 at 20 ends but dropped a four.

At the tenth Jim Parkinson was 9-6 ahead and 16-9 at 15 ends before winning four of the last five ends for a 12 shots success.
